The "yellow" sensor ring kits have been replaced by our "blue" sensor ring kits. The "yellow" and "blue" designation refers to the color of the sensor housing. If you are replacing a yellow sensor there are a few things you need to know.
- The new blue sensor is slightly larger than the yellow sensor. Hence, it will not fit in a yellow sensor ring without modification*.
- The new blue sensor is rated for 5-24VDC and -40 to 125 degree C. The yellow sensors were rated for either 5-15VDC or 24VDC and 0 to 100 degree C.
- Below are cross-reference tables for the old sensors to the new sensors, and the old ring kits to the new ring kits.
